At Eviva, we want you to be completely satisfied with your home furnishings, which is why we offer a 30-day return policy on most items in their original packaging. Please ensure products are unassembled and unused to qualify for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your Eviva account or use our guest portal to submit a return request with your order number and reason for return.

  Receive Authorization

  Our support team will review your request within 48 hours and provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and shipping instructions.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely pack the items in their original boxes, include the RMA form, and drop the package off at an authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned items for quality assurance, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
